Requested improvements

When candidates are recruited we invite them to research workshops entreprises.Certains come others don't come.To invite them I use “task” but I do it one by one, whereas I would like to be able to invite them all together. Then when the workshop has taken place, I would like to note the present and the absent. Is that possible?

Personally, I regret the fact that it is not possible to write annotations directly on the CV and that we all have to write on a text next to it without being able to target. It would be more relevant, faster and visual to have the option to add comments on it in the exact place with the possibility of underlining or using arrows for a more direct rendering. I am attaching an example in PJ (I have hidden the personal information if ever visible to everyone) example below

Be able to export your “Contacts/Statistics/Businesses” information in a few clicks.

Our students have portfolios and sometimes other documents that might be of interest to recruiters. Could there be a tab, next to the CV tab, where the student could submit additional documents?

In the “applications” tab, it is much more useful, as a candidate who uses Grimp a lot to keep the offers I want to apply for later, to have the application deadline for the offer than to have the “source”, for example.
