Suspend email tracking for a contact
If you have connected your email inbox to Grimp, you can now deactivate email tracking for a specific contact.
For example for a learner, an alumni or a business contact with whom you no longer want to follow exchanges in Grimp.
To do it, it's simple:
➡️ from the contact form, click on “Deactivate email tracking”.

In concrete terms, this means that:
- New emails exchanged with this contact will no longer be saved in Grimp
- Emails already registered will no longer be visible on his file
- The exchanges continue of course in your inbox
And if necessary, you can reactivate the tracking at any time!
