Your offers, organized as you want thanks to tags
You already know the existing filters on your offers:
- you filter by status, by campus, by date
- you find your offers with the search
But until now, you did not have the hand to categorize your offers according to your business logic. (By sector, by profession, by type of contract, by internal project...)
👉 Now you create your own offer tags and organize them however you want.

Concretely:
- you create personalized tags: tech, Lyon, apprenticeship, historical partner, whatever you want
- the tags are visible directly on the offer cards in the list
- the tags follow the offer in all views: Kanban, list, detail sheet, shares, exports
A real time-saver to manage your catalog, especially when you manage a lot of offers or several campuses.

All your offers at the same level of functionality
You already know the different channels for publishing offers on Grimp:
- offers written internally by your establishment
- external offers imported from job boards
- Grimp recruiter offers
But until now, not all functionalities were available everywhere: some actions, some follow-ups or shares were reserved for one type of offer.
👉 Now, all your offers benefit from the same base of functionalities, regardless of their origin.
Concretely:
- you share an offer with your learners in the same way, everywhere
- you follow applications and statistics on all channels
- you trigger quick actions (sharing, closing, duplicating) including on external offers
- you keep the same learner experience, regardless of channel
To activate this parity on your external offers, go to your external offers and click on “Activate tracking for my campus” and off you go.

Your offers: know exactly who is consulting and applying
A shared offer is good. But knowing who saw it and who applied is better.
👉 Now, on each offer, you will find the date of first sight and the date of application, learning by learner.

Concretely:
- sharing side: the date of first sight and the date of application are visible
- on the statistical side: two new columns “view details” and “application details” list the learners concerned by name
- you can access their profile in one click or export the list to relaunch them
🎯 What it changes for you: you identify the learners committed to an offer and you can act at the right time (follow-up, support, direct contact).

CV library: take back control of what is visible (CV by CV)
You already know the Grimp CV library: it allows your learners to be visible to partner recruiters.
But until now, it was all or nothing: either the profile was visible or it wasn't.
👉 Now, you can choose CV by CV what is exposed to recruiters, without affecting the learner's profile or their initial desire for visibility.

Concretely:
- you manage visibility from 3 places to choose from: the learner sheet, the CV library or the pool (the 3 are synchronized)
- the learner is notified as soon as one of his CVs is hidden
- a crossed out eye icon clearly indicates the rooms hidden by your establishment
- if you make a CV visible again, the learner's initial wish is respected (if he had asked not to be visible, he remains invisible)
🎯 What it changes for you: more flexibility to manage privacy without having to arbitrate over the entire profile.

The admission file, finally centralized in Grimp
You know it better than me, an admission file is now a mix of emails, scattered attachments and handmade reminders.
👉 Now,
all the collection of supporting documents takes place directly in Grimp
, from the standard file to validation piece by piece.
Concretely:
- you define once and for allthe list of expected documents (14 pre-configured types: identity document, diploma, CV, RIB, social security certificate, cover letter, apprenticeship contract...)
- you follow each file at a glanceon the learner sheet with a counter (e.g. 2/5 validated documents)

- you validate or refuse each piecewith a comment — the learner is notified and can resubmit
- you automate reminders: email on D+2 if the file is incomplete, automatic passage to the next step when everything is validated
- the learner deposits his documents from a dedicated space, even if he is not yet registered on Grimp

And if a learner has already provided a validated document for another of your courses, they can
reuse it in one click
.🎯 Bonus: you can now make certain documents
mandatory as soon as the registration form
(CV, ID, transcript...) to collect key documents as soon as the lead is created.new

Manage your business opportunities on Grimp
📈 Welcome to opportunities
A new entry has appeared in the Business Relations menu:
“Opportunities”
The idea is simple: to allow you to follow all your business activity in one place, from the first contact to the signature.
👀 A simple, visual... and above all living pipeline
As soon as you arrive in the Opportunities space, you will find a Kanban-style pipeline.
And now everything becomes much clearer.

You can follow:
- a recruitment
- a partnership
- an apprenticeship tax
- a continuing training action
- or any other opportunity
And above all: you simply drag and drop them forward.
💡 No need to wonder where the subject is: everything is visible immediately.
🧠 But where it gets really interesting...
... is that opportunities don't live “next door” to the rest of Grimp.
They are directly connected to:
- your businesses
- your contacts
- your offers
- your applications
- your profile shares
- your emails and SMS
Concretely?
When you share a profile with a business, the action can automatically be linked to an opportunity.
When a coach talks to a recruiter, everything goes back in history.
When an offer is created for a mandate, it is directly linked to the correct follow-up.
✉️ An opportunity becomes a real workspace
Each opportunity now has its own dedicated page.
And on this page, you will find:
- exchanges
- the comments
- reminders
- the reference coaches
- the profiles sent
- applications
- emails and SMS

👉 No more lost information between several tools or several people.
The whole team can understand a situation in seconds.
📊 And of course... the piloting follows
At the top of the page, you can see in real time:
- how many opportunities are active
- their estimated value
- What was won
- what's left to be transformed
Good news on the opportunities side, new job boards are coming to Grimp to enrich your offers:
- Transport is Recruiting→ specialized in transport jobs
- Aladom→ dedicated to human services
- I Want to Help→ volunteer opportunities and volunteering (offered by the government)

🎯 What it changes for you
- More targeted offersby sector
- More opportunities for your learners
- And always centralized in Grimp
You already know Grimp's
Intelligent Matching
:👉 a score of 0 to 100% to know if a learner corresponds to an offer (location, skills, contract...).
But until now, we had to go get the info.
👉 Now,
you can directly see the learners who match from the CV library.
Concretely:
- you identify the right profiles more quickly
- you save time in your research
- you can be more reactive in your proposals

Grimp continues to integrate even more with your tools.
You can now connect Grimp to Ypareo Neo.
Concretely:
- When a learner reaches a defined stage
- Information is sent automatically
- A learner sheet + a company are created in Ypareo

⚙️ Setting up:
- Add the “Send to Ypareo Neo” automation to a stage of the learning CRM
- Fill in the requested information (SIRET, citizenship, nationality...)
- And that's all

🎯 What it changes for you:
- No more double entries
- Reliable and synchronized data
- A real time-saver in terms of admission and placement
💡 To activate the integration: contact us via chat or at success@grimp.io
This was a request that came up very often and it is now possible.
A learner can now be attached to several programs/campuses.
- ❌ Before: He only saw the news from the last program
- ✅ Now: He accesses all the programs he is invited to

🎯 What it changes for you:
- Much more flexible access management
- Better segmentation of information
- Less friction to manage multi-campus courses
