Your Aircall calls, directly in Grimp!
You know the learner and contact sheets: this is where you centralize all your exchanges. But until now, your calls have remained in another tool, to be re-entered by hand.
👉 Now, your Aircall calls are automatically uploaded to Grimp.
Concretely:
- an administrator connects the Aircall account in a few clicks (Settings > Integrations), and coaches don't have to configure anything
- you call in one click from a phone number
- you can find the history of each call (date, duration, coach) on the learner or contact form
- you add a call note to keep track of the exchange

Opportunity pipelines that reflect you
You know the admission paths, which you adapt to the way you work. But until now, tracking your opportunities has remained the same for everyone.
👉 Now you're building your own opportunity pipelines.
Concretely:
- you create several pipelines (including one by default) with your stages, their colors and their order
- you choose which pipeline to display on your table: the columns adapt
- you can start an automation as soon as an opportunity changes stages
- your existing opportunities and automations have been automatically included in a default pipeline

An admission file adapted to each program!
You already know the admission file: a single file for the whole school
But so far, it has been impossible to adapt the required parts according to the training.
👉 Now, you create several folder templates and attach the right one to each program.
Concretely:
- you create and modify your models in the settings (your current folder is kept under the name “Standard”)
- you apply a model to several programs in a single action
- your learners automatically receive the correct file when you ask for it
- they can also upload their documents in images (PNG, JPEG, JPG), and the files are automatically renamed (Learner name - Document type)

Custom fields are coming to Grimp!
Funder, apprenticeship schedule, identifier of another tool... you can now record information specific to your school on your learners, their applications to the programs, your contacts and your businesses.
Concretely:
- The fields are displayed in a “Custom Fields” block on each form, and can be modified directly from it.
- They can be used in your automations, in condition as well as in action. For example: “if funder = OPCO Atlas”, then “Update a custom field”.
- They go up in your exports and are kept during the merger of duplicate contacts or companies.
- Your connected tools can read and write them via the Partner API.
Enough to centralize all your data in the same place, without tinkering with additional files.

You already know the admission file of your learners:
you ask for certain documents according to your needs.
But so far, each missing piece of information meant a manual restart and sometimes a duplicate re-entry.
👉 Now, you configure the information to be collected yourself, and the learner enters it all at once.

- you choose from a catalog (title, INE, address, license...) what is mandatory, with a help text if necessary

You already know how to share pools and applications with your partner companies.
But until now, it was impossible to know if a recruiter had a real crush on a profile, without relaunching it by phone or email.
👉 Now, each recruiter can qualify a shared profile in one click: “Interest” or “No interest”.
Concretely:
- you see this signal directly on the company sheet, the opportunity and the history of the pool
- you know who to call again first, without wasting time
- you activate the feature yourself, as soon as you share your learner profiles

Every email sent from Grimp now shows its status. You will see at a glance whether a learner, a business contact or a lead has received your message, and you will be able to immediately identify the addresses to be corrected before relaunching.

For your learners: the map view of offers
Your learners now have a map view to explore offers. They are automatically grouped by zone according to the zoom level, and a filter allows you to target a radius around a city.
Enough to give them access to more than 230,000 offers, including 32,000 on an alternating basis, updated every 24 hours.

Keep control of the confidentiality of your files
Until now, it was not possible to finely restrict who could consult a sheet.
👉 Now, you choose the visibility of each sheet: “Private” or “Shared”.
When a coach needs a private form that has already been followed, he requests access to it: the referring coach, or an admin from the dedicated screen, accepts it or refuses it and any acceptance adds the applicant as a co-referent of the form.
Concretely:
- you choose whether a file remains private to its referees or is open to your entire team
- you maintain control over requests for access to your most sensitive files
- you easily add a colleague as a co-referent when necessary
