Can you add a check box in the candidate profiles, to mention that they have an RQTH (disabled worker recognition), possibly with a comment block so that they can mention the accommodations required for their future workplace.

at the same time, it would be good to allow recruiters to filter applications with access specifically to those who have an RQTH (in order to encourage them to respect quota obligations, but also to have access to financial aid when they hire a person with a disability).
