Assigning a learner to an offer: filling the offer

As a coach, one of your challenges is to precisely monitor your recruitment actions. One of your key indicators is the recruitment of your learners on your offers.

With this in mind, we created the new “Offer provided” feature.

So you can:

Identify what offers are filled by your learners.
Assign a recruited candidate to an offer or confirm the recruitment of a candidate.
Manage cases of multi-recruitment on an offer.

Earnings:

Today: the status of the learner is automatically changed to “in position”, which allows you to better monitor the professional integration rate of your learners.
Today: a recruiter (on Grimp Business) who provides his offer appears as provided on your interface.
Tomorrow: analyze the performance of your offers (I won't say more...).

Three actions make it possible to fill an offer:

From the offer,
Applications
tab, by clicking on the button
✓ Fill the offer
at the level of an application.

From the offer options, by clicking on the button
✓ Fill the deal
. A modality then opens: choose the recruited learners.

From Grimp Business, a recruiter confirms the recruitment of the learner on his offer.

This feature is available for all coach/admin users.
